![]() Your journey continues across the city, through the Mission District, along newly developed Mission Bay and past the home of the Golden State Warriors and The San Francisco Giants. Head up and under the bridge to begin the journey back into San Francisco, through the Presidio and across the Richmond District neighborhood, into Golden Gate Park where the legendary Haight St. Your first leg of the bridge takes you into Sausalito where a one mile downhill lands you in Cavallo Point with amazing views of San Francisco across the bay. Run along the bay through Fisherman’s Wharf, the Marina Green and Crissy Field on your way to the Golden Gate Bridge. The Second Loop: With the sunrise and the Bay Bridge over your shoulder, toe the line as you start your tour of San Francisco. The Ultramarathon Second Loop: The Official San Francisco FULL Marathon (Second 26.2 Miles) Maps and directions will be provided to each 52.4 participant for the first loop. Participants need to stay on sidewalks and to the side of the road following traffic laws.ġ00% of the course is on paved roads. The first loop of the Ultramarathon is NOT a closed course. Thousands of runners will be waiting to join you on the second leg of your Ultramarathon adventure! From there, Ultra runners will head through the Marina, Fisherman’s Wharf and back to the Main Start on The Embarcadero. Continue out and back along the Pacific Ocean, before re-entering Golden Gate Park and up into The Presidio. Ultramarathon participants will begin on The Embarcadero and run The Official San Francisco FULL Marathon course in reverse: under the Bay Bridge and around the Giant’s Ballpark, through Mission Bay, Potrero and Mission Districts, up Haight Street and into Golden Gate Park.
